INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 Tbsp diced fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp patis or fish sauce
- 3 cups hugas-bigas or water that has been used to wash rice
- Fresh chili leaves
- Clean chicken and cut into serving pieces.
- Saute in a pan garlic, onions and ginger.
- Add chicken and patis.
- Simmer until chicken is almost done.
- Add hugas bigas and fresh chili leaves.
- Let boil and continue cooking until chicken is done.
