Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean pork
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
- 10 peppercorns
- 1/2 cup sukang puti (white vinegar)
- salt to taste
- Clean pork and cube into serving-sized pieces.
- In a pan, place pork, water, garlic, vinegar, peppercorns and salt.
- Simmer until the pork is tender.
