Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups diced pork tenderloin
- 1 cup diced liver
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 1 small can skinned garbanzos
- 1 medium sized tomato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt
- Boil pork until tender.
- Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
- Add pork and liver, then cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add water, salt and paprika.
- Add potatoes and garbanzos.
- Cook until potatoes are done.
