Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork, sliced thinly
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- salt
- Massage into sliced pork the garlic, vinegar and salt.
- Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
- Dry in the sun before frying.
